Made to order tile cannot be cancelled or exchanged. As such, please be sure to check and double check what your needs are
All sales are final once payment is received. There are no refunds or exchanges after 24 hours of order receipt since we start scheduling and purchasing the appropriate supplies to fulfill each order.
Ceramic Concepts can not accept any returns of unopened boxes of tile, unless in person. If for any reason there is approval to ship back tiles they must be packed in a manner that allows them to reach us unbroken and in the same condition that we shipped them
